Hydraulic Test Stand

All repairs are tested with this state of the art test stand. This test ensures accuracy and reliability of remanufactured components.

Cylinder Service Machine

This machine was specially designed to disassemble, remove piston nuts, and reassemble all types of cylinders. This machine produces up to 60,000 ft. lbs. of torque. On average this reduces repair time by 40%.

Machine Shop

Our in-house machine shop allows us to control the quality and speed of the components we make. The 9 1/4" hollow spindle lathe is just one of the machines set up to save you time and money.

Cylinder Hone

Cylinder barrels need to be honed to remove varnish build-up, scratches and remove any inconsistencies in the barrel. After the barrel has been welded, honing is usually required.
